All Customers who seek to place a Service Call with Bilby Group are required to agree to the following rates:
Schedule of Rates:
Labour (daytime weekday 8 am to 5pm): $100.00 ex GST per hour
Call out fees:
Daytime weekday (between 8 am and 5pm): $150.00 ex GST (inc. 0.5 hr of labour) then $100/hr after that.
Night-time weekday: $250.00 ex GST (inc. 0.5 hr of labour) then $120/hr after that.
Weekend: $300.00 ex GST (inc. 0.5 hr of labour), then $130/hr after that.
Public Holidays: $300.00 ex GST (inc. 0.5 hr of labour), then $130/hr after that.
All above rates and fees are limited to Metropolitan Sydney.
Any other location outside of Metropolitan Sydney, a separate quote for attendance can be organised.
Any attendance to site will require payment of the Call out fee. Credit card payments and bank transfers are available.
